HOW DO I BOOK A RESERVATION?
You can book a reservation and check rates and availability on our website at www.veritehotel.com, or call us directly at 646-398-9664. Our front desk representatives are available for 24 hours a day.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCCEPTED TO PAY FOR THE ROOM?
We accept American Express, Visa, Master and Discover credit cards. Also, you will be able to make cash payment upon arrival, but should bring a valid photo ID and credit card for incidental. If you do have further questions, please call hotel directly.
WHAT IS YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?
Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed.
DO YOU STORE LUGGAGE FOR GUESTS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME OR AFTER CHECK-OUT?
Yes. We do have a place to store luggage for guests. Please inquire with the front desk during check-in and check-out.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival day by 3 PM. Cancellations made after the deadline will incur a penalty of one night’s charge
ARE THERE SAFES IN GUEST ROOM?
Yes. All guest rooms have in-room safe.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?
No. We do not have a parking facility at our property. However, there are several parking facilities conveniently located in the neighborhood. Please refer to listed below.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS?
Yes. It is a complimentary service that comes with your room.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ANY SMOKING ROOMS?
All rooms in the hotel are Non-Smoking. Smoking in our guest rooms will result in a $200 penalty per stay.
DOES YOUR HOTEL ALLOW PETS?
We do not allow pets. But, please contact hotel to check the policy on guide dogs.
DO YOU HAVE COTS OR ROLLAWAYS?
We cannot accommodate any cots or rollaways bed due to space limitations. If you do have any special requests, please contact hotel directly.
DO YOU HAVE A BAR OR A RESTAURANT?
Yes. We do have a restaurant at our property. However, it’s under construction now and we will post update once we open it soon.
DO YOU HAVE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD?
Yes. We have them available upon request.
DO YOU HAVE HAIR DRYERS IN THE ROOM?
Yes. Hair dryer is available in each guestroom.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST SUBWAY STATION?
The nearest subway station is Union Square 14th St and several subway lines Q, R, N, L, 4, 5 and 6 are available.
DO YOU HAVE REFRIGERATORS IN ROOM?
Although our guestrooms don’t have refrigerators, we have one unit available in the lobby for guest use. Please inquire with the front desk staff.
DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?
Unfortunately, we do not have a business center at our property. However, guests can utilize the laptop to access their emails, check flight status or to browse the internet. Please inquire with the front desk staff.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE RATE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries in the neighborhood. Please inquire with the front desk staff.
DO YOU HOLD THE PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THE HOTEL?
Yes. We will accept packages for guests prior to or during their stay, but not after their stay. Any packages arriving after your stay will not be accepted and marked “Return to Sender”. Please ensure to record a correct hotel address and guest name on the package.
DO YOU HAVE A CONCIERGE?
Our front desk representatives are able to help with restaurant reservations, directions, tickets, town car service as well as airport shuttle bus reservations. Please inquire with the front desk representatives.
